Receipts

Traffic lists the latest 100 authorized receipts. Filters and CSV export operate on that loaded set. Open a receipt to inspect its decision, attempts, usage, price version and ledger events. Ledger reservations, settlements and releases are separate events; summing every event is not the final cost.
